Cambodia holds a very special place in my heart. I've traveled here more times than I can count, and from my very first visit, the children completely stole my heart. For more than a decade, I've been supporting a small orphanage and funding English classes in a remote village—relationships that have become like family to me.
On this journey, you'll experience the Cambodia that most visitors never see. We'll spend time at the village school, where we'll deliver school supplies and food kits to the children, and visit the orphanage for one of my favorite days of the trip—a fun-filled outing to a local waterpark. Watching the kids laugh, play, and simply enjoy being kids is something you'll never forget.
I invite each traveler to bring one suitcase filled with donations for the children. Seeing their excitement as they receive new clothes, shoes, school supplies, and toys is one of the most rewarding moments of our journey together.
As part of our commitment to giving back, She Dares to Wander will also sponsor an entire year of English classes for the village in 2027 through this tour, creating an impact that continues long after we've returned home.

I created this space for women to come together through intimate group travel—journeys designed for women seeking connection, growth, and meaning. These are trips for women who believe in the power of meaningful experiences and the importance of giving back.

It’s deeply important to me that every trip creates a positive impact in the communities we visit. I’m an active board member of Lotus Humanitarian, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and I’m personally connected to the projects we support through our travels. These aren’t simply organizations or projects I’ve found along the way—they are causes I care deeply about and continue to support long after our trips are over.

In the evening, we’ll gather for our first group dinner at one of my personal favorite local restaurants—a chance to connect, laugh, and toast to the start of an unforgettable journey together.
We’ll keep it an early night, giving everyone time to rest and reset before our early wake-up call tomorrow. Big adventures await!

Rise early for a breathtaking sunrise over Angkor Wat, followed by a private guided exploration of Cambodia’s magnificent ancient temples. After a relaxed breakfast and some free time to unwind, we’ll head to Kampong Phluk to experience life on the water, paddle through a peaceful mangrove forest, and cruise across Tonle Sap Lake as the sun sets.

We’re kicking off the day early with an epic ATV ride through the Cambodian countryside. Think open roads, green rice paddies, and hidden villages where time feels like it stands still. We’ll cruise by fields, wave to curious kids, and stop to check out a colorful local market and a peaceful Buddhist temple tucked away from the main roads.

Kulen Mountain Overlook & Waterfall
Journey into the countryside to explore the natural beauty and ancient wonders of Kulen Mountain. Take in panoramic views, discover a hidden cave temple, and cool off beneath the refreshing Kulen Waterfalls. Enjoy a delicious local lunch prepared by a Cambodian woman who built her small food business to support her family, then spend time with our community partners and meet the English teacher whose work is making a lasting difference for local children.
English School Visit & Donations
Meet our English students and be inspired by how well they speak. Watch their joy as they receive the donations we brought from home. This project, sponsored for the past ten years by our founder, is the heart and soul of She Dares to Wander.
Kulen Elephant Forest Sanctuary
The Kulen Elephant Forest is a haven where retired elephants can interact freely and are treated with the greatest care and attention. At the reserve, there are no tricks, no riding, and the elephants now roam and socialize unburdened, within 400 hectares of lush forest.
Lotus Silk Farm
See how every part of the lotus flower is used to create silk, paper and tea. You'll get a chance to float through the waters and pick your own bouquet. Try some lotus flower tea or ice cream which are both delicious!
A Day of Smiles & Giving Back
Today, it’s all about the kids! We’ll visit the orphanage and have the chance to tour the facilities. We’ll hand out donations, spreading smiles and excitement along the way.
This project is close to my heart—I have been proudly sponsoring the orphanage for over ten years and work on a new improvement every year. It’s truly the reason behind my love for Cambodia.
Wake Park Cambodia – Fun & Relaxation
Next, we’ll head to Wake Park Cambodia, where we can enjoy a “beach” vibe with the younger kids, try out the inflatable obstacle course, or simply relax and watch them have a blast. It’s a special treat for everyone, full of laughter and joy.

Visit the Artisans Angkor Workshop – to watch local artisans creating traditional Cambodian crafts. You can even purchase some of their stunning works to bring home.
Relax at a Spa – If you’re looking for some final relaxation, Siem Reap is home to many luxurious spas. Treat yourself to a soothing massage to unwind before your flight.
If you’re in the mood to learn more about the rich history and culture of Cambodia, stop by the Angkor National Museum or the Cambodia Landmine Museum. Both offer fascinating insights into the country’s past and present.
